⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast, affordable, and super friendly. I went in expecting to lose my whole morning, but they were so quick I almost thought they forgot to inspect the car 😂. Great service and very professional. I’ll definitely be back to DEKRA McDermott.

The staff here are extremely friendly and kind people who go out of their way to help customers when an emission test fails. They take a personal interest in making sure the vehicle passes inspection by giving helpful tips and advice. I highly recommend this Dekra location for the professionalism, quality of service and short wait times.

Brandell was so cordial. I had my car inspected and back within maybe 15 minutes. I will continue to take my cat to this Plano location.

AVOID. Got there at 5:47 - guy wouldn’t take me. Said it took 15 minutes and he couldn’t work past 6. Lots of people in Reviews sat in and out in 10 minutes. SO POST THOSE DETAILS and close at 5:45. I usually always go to the DEkRA on Custer & Legacy. Won’t come to this one again.

Always get excellent service. I have 3 cars and have brought them to this location for several years. It can get busy but they move through each vehicle as quickly as possible. My most recent visit took less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this place.
